ELECTRONIC SECURE SUBMISSION
Secure credit card information transferred to Saymore Trophy for processing is not stored electronically on local computers at Saymore Trophy. All information is stored on a secure server through a dedicated ip address which is password protected.. Furthermore, once orders are filled, the online order containing all electronic information is permanantly deleted from the secure server and can not be retrieved.
We do not share or sell any portion of our customer list to other businesses of any type. All gathered customer information, including email addresses, is for our sole use.
SHIPPING
Orders received Monday through Friday will ship between 7 - 10 days. We ship UPS Ground on all packages which provides next day service to most of the 6 New England states. If you live outside of New England, your package will typically arrive between 2 - 6 days after we ship.
Shipping and Rush Charges will be calculated separate and may not be reflected in the shopping cart. Our shopping cart provides a shipping estimate, and in rare instances, the estimate may be significantly lower than actual shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge the proper shipping costs, determined solely by Saymore Trophy. Please be advised, that the heavier the item, the farther it must travel, and the quicker you want the shipment to take, may increase the cost of the order significantly. TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRODUCT TERMS
Saymore Trophy reserves the right to provide similar product in place of chosen product. Product designs, colors, sizes, & styles may change or become unavailable. Saymore Trophy will only contact customers to inform them about differences when, in our opinion, is significant.
We reserve our right to artistic license, including font sizes, styles, placement, and overall design and engraving on products. We will do our best to interpret the customer's wishes for design but if the customer is not happy with the way the finished product looks the customer will still be responsible to pay for the item and/or services.
RETURN POLICY
Saymore Trophy does not have an open return policy. Most of our products are personalized so returns are generally not accepted. If an item is purchased that is not personalized and we deem that such item has potential to be sold again in our store we will refund the amount paid in the same form in which was used for purchase. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply if such item is returned to the manufacturer who charges restocking fees.
RUSH CHARGES
When customer requests a product quicker than our normal processing time, Saymore Trophy reserves the right to charge an additional fee. These additional fees help offset the cost of overtime, as well as expedited shipping from manufacturers.
SHIPPING TERMS
Saymore Trophy may elect to pay the cost of shipping to customer when orders exceed $100.00, is shipped to New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or New York, and the shipment is sent to a single address.
Saymore Trophy may elect to pay up to $10.00 towards the cost of shipping to customer when an order exceeds $100.00, and is shipped to one of the other 43 states.
Saymore Trophy does not sell or ship outside of the United States.
Due to the increasing costs of shipping, and the weight associated with trophy marble, Saymore Trophy reserves the right not to pay for shipping at any time without notice. We provide free shipping simply as a service. If providing free shipping on an order causes financial hardship for Saymore Trophy, solely determined by Saymore Trophy, then we will contact the customer to inform them of the situation.
