FAQ
Q: What is your turn around time?
A: We typically like to have a full week on most orders. Large orders may take up to 10 days. We appreciate as much time as possible. We can also handle faster requests, but may charge a rush fee.
Q: If my order is small and/or simple, why do you need to charge a rush fee?
A: Our day, as well as our upcoming week, is already filled with orders. When we add to these already full days we have to adjust for the cost of overtime. We typically do not have the option of finishing orders that may be bumped by your rush job.
Q: Do you charge for logos?
A: We do not charge to engrave your logo on an item. In some cases, we may charge for a logo when it is to be added on top of an item. For example, a customer may want a full color logo placed on a disk holder and mounted onto a plaque.
We will also provide minor corrections or try to improve the logo quality in order to provide a better finished product; however, if we have to completely redraw a logo to make it work, then we may charge a one time logo fee, which is typically under $20.00.
Q: What kind of format is best for logos?
A: The best format for engraving is EPS, but we can work with BMP, JPEG, GIF, AI, PDF, TIFF, and DXF. Grabbing images from a website, no matter how good it looks, or scanning in something off of a letter head or business card offers poor images and may not be suitable.
Q: Do you charge set up fees?
A: Generally no. In some instances we work with some suppliers who charge us a set up fee. In those cases we may pass the cost onto the customer, but we try our best not to charge fees.
Q: I don't see what I am looking for on your site, but I found something on another site, can you get that same item?
A: Normally, yes. In some instances, some products are only sold by certain retailers. This is not the norm, for all trophy and engraving shops purchase from the same suppliers.
Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Yes. Most of our work is custom. For example, if you want to provide a retirement gift for an officer, we can take the badge, nametag, medals, and just about anything else, and design a nice retirement award.
Q: Will you engrave on items I bring in?
A: Yes, we will engrave on your products. We keep the pricing basic, by charging $10 per engraving and location. So if you have a knife and want to engrave on both sides of the blade and on the handle, the cost would be $30.00.
Q: Can you engrave on irregular shaped items or bowls?
A: Yes, we have many pieces of machinery in order to engrave on almost any type of product.
Q: Can I trust my engraving needs with Saymore Trophy?
A: Absolutely. Not only do we provide engraving services to our customers, but we also provide engravering services for many jewelry stores and other trophy and engraving shops. We have been in business for over 50 years and we are well known in the engraving industry.
Q: Your name is Saymore Trophy, but do you do other things besides trophies?
A:Yes, we provide many types of products and services, including awards, glass engraving, printed awards, signage, banners, rubber stamps, gift ware, and much more.

From the North
Take I-93 South to Exit 13 (US-3/Manchester Street). Take a slight left onto Manchester Street (US-3/Daniel Webster Highway). Continue to follow Manchester Street to Airport Road and turn LEFT. We are then on the left. We are located on the corner of Old Suncook Rd and Airport Rd.
From the West
Take I-89 South to Concord. Merge onto I-93 North toward I-393/Concord. Take Exit 13 (US-3/Manchester Street). Take a slight right onto Manchester Street (US-3/Daniel Webster Highway). Continue to follow Manchester Street to Airport Road and turn LEFT. We are then on the left. We are located on the corner of Old Suncook Rd and Airport Rd.
From the East
Take NH-101 toward Manchester. Merge onto I-93 North toward Concord. Take Exit 13 (US-3/Manchester Street). Take a slight right onto Manchester Street (US-3/Daniel Webster Highway).
